Haack's Tendercare of Liberty Square is a family-owned and operated CBRF facility with 15 years of experience. We opened in 1992 with an 8-bed facility in Madison. In 1995 we expanded to 10 beds. In 2004 we built a new 24-bed facility in Sun Prairie, WI.

Since 2004, Haack's Tendercare Of Liberty Square has been providing the highest quality elderly care services to families throughout Sun Prairie, Madison, Columbus, Fall River, Cottage Grove, Marshall, DeForest, and Arlington. We’re committed to providing each and every one you love with a safe, loving environment and care that meets his or her unique needs.
